In preparation for cooperation in training human resources in science and technology, a delegation of the Vietnam Higher Education Network of Entrepreneurship & Innovation (VNEI) has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICAN) on the occasion of their participation in the Canadian Bureau for International Education Conference.

With outstanding achievements in biotechnology, Dr Nguyen Thuy Ba Linh from University College London (UCL) has become the first Vietnamese scientist to win the UK's TechWomen 100 Awards.

Hanoi – Vietnamese State President Luong Cuong and visiting Bulgarian President Rumen Radev held talks in Hanoi on November 25, at which they agreed on major orientations and specific measures to further foster cooperation and elevate relations between the two countries in the coming time.
