The Vietnam Golden Autumn Fair 2025: Where Vietnamese culinary essence shines
Amid the fast pace of modern life, where industrial goods increasingly dominate the market, traditional specialties continue to hold their ground thanks to their authentic flavors, craftsmanship and cultural stories.
At the Vietnam Golden Autumn Fair 2025, those stories are told through the sweetness of Tam Dao honey, the delicate harmony of sour, spicy and salty tastes in Bach Huong Xuan preserved fruits, and the shared aspiration of thousands of Vietnamese enterprises to connect culture with trade, bringing the nation’s culinary heritage to global audiences.

Taking place from October 25 to November 4 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC), the fair, chaired by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT), is a national trade promotion event featuring more than 2,500 businesses and 3,000 booths across an exhibition space of 130,000 square meters. With the message “Connecting people, building prosperity,” this year’s fair is expected to attract more than half a million visitors each day, serving as an important bridge between producers, consumers and international partners.
Beyond displaying tens of thousands of industrial products, agricultural goods and services, the event offers a unique cultural space that honors traditional gastronomy. Visitors are invited to explore themed zones such as “Autumn of Vietnam - Colors and Flavors,” “Hanoi’s Autumn Delicacies,” and “Autumn of Tastes,” where shopping, entertainment and cultural experience seamlessly intertwine.
Many enterprises bring to the fair not only their signature local products but also the spirit of preservation and innovation that drives Vietnamese goods to reach international markets.
Speaking to the Vietnam Economic News, Le Thi Nga, General Director of Tam Dao Honey JSC - Honeco, said: “The Vietnam Golden Autumn Fair 2025 is a major national trade promotion event, and we are honored to take part.”
For Tam Dao Honey, it is not only an opportunity to promote our products to domestic and foreign consumers, but also a chance to connect with distributors, retailers and international partners. We aim to bring the “sweetness of Tam Dao mountains’’ closer to everyone, reaffirming Vietnam’s reputation for clean and high-quality agricultural products”.
Located in the “Family Autumn” zone, Tam Dao Honey’s booth impresses visitors with its beehive-inspired design, combining traditional motifs with a modern display style. The company has also prepared thoroughly to make the most of this trade promotion opportunity, proactively reaching out to supermarkets, e-commerce platforms and overseas partners to expand cooperation.
“We have invested carefully in booth design, product presentation and partner meetings. In addition, we prepared English-language materials to welcome international delegations interested in our products. Our goal is to bring Tam Dao Honey onto retail shelves in Japan and the Republic of Korea by 2026 - 2027,” Le Thi Nga added.
Connecting journeys, elevating Vietnamese brands
If Tam Dao Honey carries the essence of the northern mountains, Bach Huong Xuan preserved fruits embody the refined taste of Hanoi, elegant and nostalgic. Over a century of family heritage, from a humble street vendor to today’s enterprise, Nguyen Thi Le, Director of An Gia Food JSC, continues to preserve the “old taste” of Trang An, where sweet, sour, salty and spicy notes reflect the graceful charm of Hanoians.

“We are proud to accompany the Vietnam Golden Autumn Fair 2025, a meaningful event that celebrates Vietnamese goods and connects production with markets,” Le shared. “For Bach Huong Xuan, this is not only a chance to promote Hanoi’s traditional specialties, but also an opportunity to share the gentle sweetness of memory with consumers at home and abroad.”
As Nguyen Thi Le and many participating enterprises see it, the fair is a convergence of past and present, a space where traditional craftsmanship meets modern expression, carrying the pride of century-old craft villages.
In the eyes of many businesses, cuisine is more than a consumer product; it is a dialogue between culture and trade. Each booth tells a cultural story of its homeland, a greeting from the past to the future.
From seemingly simple products such as preserved fruits and honey, Vietnamese people are steadily proving that traditional values can go far when embraced with modern business thinking. The Vietnam Golden Autumn Fair 2025 is not only a meeting place for enterprises, but also a cradle of Vietnamese aspiration, a space where the flavors of home reach the world, carried by the hands, intellect and cultural pride of today’s generations.
