Smart city is a common development trend of urban areas around the world and Vietnam is one of the countries pioneering that trend. This exhibition aims to create a premise to promote public-private partnerships in implementing smart city projects.

Smart City Asia 2024 attracts over 700 booths of more than 500 businesses from many countries with many main topics such as: Technology and application solutions in smart cities (smart housing, CCTV, AIoT, semiconductor technology, finance - smart payment, smart buildings, smart lighting, green energy, green technology in smart manufacturing, robots...).

In addition, the exhibition brought forums with main topics such as: Smart urban strategy with green and sustainable development orientation; technology solutions for smart life; AIoT applications in smart cities following green development orientation.

At Smart City Asia 2024, trade promotion activities and meetings were conducted online, in parallel with meeting city leaders and visiting the city's new smart urban areas.

The exhibition creates opportunities for leading domestic and international managers and experts to meet, interact, and share directions, strategies, solutions, and practical management tools in smart urban development. Domestic and international businesses have come together to interact, connect, exchange experiences, and introduce each other's technology products.

Smart City Asia 2024 exhibition attracted more than 16,000 visitors during its 3 days (April 17-19). Mr. Shin Hyundae, Chairman of Korea MICE Association, and CEO of Exporum INC, the organizer of Smart City Asia 2024 exhibition, said: “Through this trade exhibition, we aim to showcase how emerging technologies are changing the way we interact with our urban environments. We will hear from experts who will share their insights and expertise on the latest advancements, and discover how these technologies can drive growth, efficiency, and sustainability.”

In parallel with Smart City Asia 2024, the international exhibition of LED/OLED lighting technology & equipment, and digital advertising board (Ledtec Asia 2024) took place at the same location and time.

Ledtec Asia 2024 brings together more than 400 booths from leading businesses in the field of LED/OLED lighting technology and equipment. Businesses have introduced the latest technologies such as digital advertising screens, screen solutions, smart devices, electronic chips for smart lighting and energy saving.

At Ledtec Asia 2024, IoT-related devices applied in lighting equipment manufacturing, and devices & solutions in smart public lighting were also displayed.
