The theme of VIETNAM EXPO 2024 HCMC is inspired by the rapidly changing demands of contemporary life. With increasing urbanization, digitization, and the growing importance of sustainable living, modern consumers are seeking products that enhance convenience, efficiency, and environmental friendliness in their daily lives.

VIETNAM EXPO 2024 HCMC aims to meet these demands by fostering business connections, promoting collaboration, and developing markets in the fields of food, smart consumer goods, electrical and electronic home devices, home, garden, and landscape decoration, and DIY tools and equipment. The event strives to create smarter, healthier, and more sustainable living environments for families.

So far, more than 800 companies have registered to participate in VIETNAM EXPO 2024 HCMC. These businesses represent 20 countries and territories renowned for advanced technology, modern design, and flexible manufacturing capabilities, including the US, Germany, Japan, the Republic of Korea (RoK), India, Chinese Taipei, Italy, Indonesia, Thailand, among others. The event offers exceptional opportunities for businesses to expand their networks, build partnerships, and explore new markets.

A highlight of VIETNAM EXPO 2024 HCMC is the RoK’s National Pavilion, meticulously designed to showcase the strong and dynamic economic relationship between Vietnam and the RoK. Featuring equipment in key sectors, such as healthcare, cosmetics, food and beverages (F&B), household utensils, consumer products, and high-quality electronics, the RoK’s National Pavilion promises to be an attractive destination for Vietnamese companies to seek business opportunities. At the same time, it enables RoK businesses to leverage the rapid growth potential of the Vietnamese market.

Additionally, the Sri Lanka Pavilion will showcase the country’s rich cultural heritage and premium products. Sri Lanka is globally renowned for its gemstones and jewelry, including exquisite gems, such as sapphires and rubies, crafted with exceptional artistry. The pavilion will also highlight signature products, such as herbal teas and cuisine made from natural ingredients, offering an authentic taste of the island’s distinctive flavors and a fascinating cultural experience.

The participation of domestic enterprises includes the IPSC Pavilion, supported by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) through the Improving Private Sector Competitiveness Project (IPSC). Funded by USAID and managed by the Agency for Enterprise Development (AED) under the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI), the IPSC project aims to enhance the competitiveness and international integration of Vietnam’s private sector.

Through activities, such as training to enhance knowledge and skills, specialized one-on-one consulting, business matchmaking, and support for participation in domestic and international fairs and exhibitions, IPSC assists small and growing enterprises in exporting Made-in-Vietnam products, helping strengthen their position in international markets.

As part of the event, a series of workshops, symposiums, and live product demonstrations will provide in-depth insights into the latest trends shaping modern lifestyles. For instance, the workshop “AI & IoT for Modern Living” will focus on integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) into everyday life. Meanwhile, the workshop “Vietnam Landscape Architecture Trends 2025” will highlight future urban and rural development trends. Experts will discuss the creation of urban green spaces, eco-friendly designs, and strategies to balance modernization with environmental protection.

In addition, there will be a tour to the KTG Industrial Project in Dong Nai Province’s Nhon Trach District, offering participants a direct experience of one of Vietnam’s leading industrial parks with modern facilities. This will provide businesses with a deeper understanding of the operations of a new industrial park, as well as increase investment and collaboration opportunities.

Alongside this, the “DIY Journey: An Exciting Adventure” program will offer a hands-on, creative DIY experience designed to spark inspiration. It will also showcase new tools and materials for DIY enthusiasts who enjoy crafting, repairing, and personalizing items according to their own preferences./.
