Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended and delivered remarks at the ceremony. Before the opening, Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien, Standing Deputy Head of the Fair’s Steering Committee, arrived early to supervise the final preparations and meet with international business partners.

Speaking to the press prior to the event, Minister Nguyen Hong Dien emphasized the significance of the first Vietnam Golden Autumn Fair 2025 for trade promotion, domestic consumption, and export stimulation. He affirmed that this is a national-scale economic and cultural event of international stature, the first of its kind held in Vietnam.

The fair gathers more than 2,500 domestic and foreign enterprises showcasing nearly 3,000 standard booths, featuring a wide range of key products, from industry, science, and technology to innovation, e-commerce, agricultural products, processed food, consumer goods, services, and tourism.

Minister Dien noted that with its unprecedented scale, diverse content, and modern presentation, the Vietnam Golden Autumn Fair 2025 is expected to welcome hundreds of thousands of visitors and transactions each day. The event also attracts a large number of international partners and businesses seeking opportunities for cooperation, trade, and investment.

“This fair vividly demonstrates the renewed vitality of Vietnam’s economy under the leadership of the Party and the State, with the business community playing a pioneering role”, Minister Dien underscored.

With the message “Connecting people, building prosperity,” Minister Dien stated that the first Vietnam Golden Autumn Fair 2025 serves as an occasion to honor and showcase Vietnam’s remarkable achievements after 40 years of reform. It reflects the country’s strong progress under the leadership of the Party and State, as well as the proactive spirit of Vietnamese enterprises.

The event also provides an important forum to affirm the growing position of Vietnamese products and services in global production and supply chains.
