This is an annual event in the Café show exhibition series in Seoul, Shanghai, Paris and Vietnam. The event opens from May 9-11. This is an opportunity for leading domestic and foreign managers and experts to meet and share orientations, strategies, solutions and practical management tools in the manufacturing, processing, managing distribution of chains about cafes, tea, food and beverages.

At the exhibition, consumers are able to test the most modern grinders and coffee makers as well as enjoy a variety of coffee lines from around the world such as: Brazil, Indonesia, Peru, Columbia, and high quality robusta and arabica coffee from Vietnam.

For the first time at the exhibition, there is the Asia Latter Art Battle competition, a playground for the world's leading baristas. This is an opportunity for domestic and international baristas to share experiences and improve professional skills. The world's "artists" will be able to express their talent and creativity through 2 rounds of competition: Latte Art drawing contest and creative drink contest.

Besides, at the exhibition, there are two national tournaments: Vietnam National Barista Championship (VNBC) and Vietnam National Brewer Championship (VNBrC). These are the only two competitions in Vietnam certified by World Coffee Events (WCE) with the aim of finding the best baristas to represent the Vietnamese barista industry in international competitions. The competitions focus on promoting efforts in the coffee industry, improving barista skills and attracting a large audience all around the world. The contestants who win the championship prizes of the two VNBC and VNBrC competitions in 2024 will represent Vietnam to participate in the world competition in 2025.
At the same time and location as the Café Show, the first international Vietnamese tea exhibition is also taking place, attracting more than 100 display booths of leading Vietnamese businesses.
