Expanding markets and promoting local specialties
Organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Vietnam Golden Autumn Fair 2025 stands among the year’s largest and most significant trade promotion events, aiming to connect supply and demand, promote branding and foster innovation within Vietnam’s business community.
The fair will take place from October 25 to November 4, 2025, at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC), spanning over 130,000 square meters with more than 3,000 booths from thousands of enterprises, localities and international partners. It is expected to attract over 500,000 visitors daily, contributing to consumption stimulus and national economic growth.

Dong Thap province brings to the event a wide range of typical products, from OCOP-certified goods, fine handicrafts to rural industrial specialties, with the goal of promoting local brands, expanding distribution networks and connecting with new business partners.
Speaking to the Vietnam Economic News, Vo Phuong Thuy, Director of the Dong Thap Department of Industry and Trade, emphasized that the fair offers a valuable chance for provincial enterprises, particularly those in agriculture and food processing, to access the northern market directly.
“This is an important occasion for Dong Thap businesses to explore consumer tastes, identify emerging trends and refine product design, quality and pricing to enhance competitiveness,” Vo Phuong Thuy noted.
Beyond product displays, the Dong Thap’s pavilion within the “Autumn of Vietnam - Essence of the Nation” exhibition space, covering 200 square meters, serves as a vivid showcase of the province’s creativity, openness and integration efforts. Alongside OCOP products, it will host networking sessions between local enterprises and major domestic distributors and foreign importers.
Following the Prime Minister’s directive on accelerating trade promotion, Dong Thap’s participation not only helps enhance the visibility of local products, but also contributes to the broader goal of stimulating economic growth and promoting high-quality Vietnamese goods.
Supporting enterprises in brand building and competitiveness
According to Director Vo Phuong Thuy, the province has assigned the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion to coordinate logistics and provide full support for participating businesses.
“Dong Thap will handle the overall design and construction of the exhibition space, ensuring a unified, professional and recognizable provincial identity. Businesses will not have to bear separate booth rental or decoration costs,” she shared.
Local enterprises are also encouraged to run promotional programs with discounts of up to 100%, stimulating demand, increasing sales and amplifying brand visibility.
The fair further creates a venue for Dong Thap enterprises to exchange experiences with major domestic and international corporations, access new technologies and explore sustainable business models, paving the way for innovation and value-added growth.
Dong Thap’s product portfolio this year features a rich variety, from fresh produce and processed goods made from mango, durian, lotus and rice to traditional handicrafts from local craft villages, all key components of its export and sustainability strategies.
“We expect this event will further enhance the recognition of Dong Thap’s products, expand market reach, strengthen brand value and attract more partners and investors to the province,” Thuy said.
According to the provincial Department of Industry and Trade, active participation in national-scale fairs and exhibitions is a strategic move in Dong Thap’s trade promotion efforts, helping businesses integrate deeper into domestic and global supply chains.
The Vietnam Golden Autumn Fair 2025 offers Dong Thap an opportunity to reaffirm its manufacturing strengths, product quality and cultural identity, while fostering regional connectivity and deeper integration into global supply chains. With thorough preparation, professionalism and a spirit of innovation, the province aims to project the image of a friendly, creative and sustainable locality, continuously advancing on the path of national economic development.
