8,424 taste makers gather at FI Vietnam

Fi Vietnam highlights the region's best offerings in ingredients, flavours, and food & beverage technologies, featuring a diverse range of products, from traditional Vietnamese ingredients to global offerings, all under one roof. This is the largest and only exhibition in Vietnam dedicated to food and beverage ingredients, flavours, and spices.

Ms. Pham Khanh Phong Lan, Director of Food Safety Department of Ho Chi Minh City, said at the opening ceremony of Fi Vietnam: “Fi Vietnam 2024 serves as a showcase for the new products and technologies in the F&B ingredients industry. Fi Vietnam 2024 gathered 174 leading exhibitors, showcasing their outstanding products and services to an enthusiastic audience of 8,424 visitors from 39 countries and regions.

With a focus on innovation and sustainability, Fi Vietnam 2024 has provided visitors with the chance to discover cutting-edge products and unique concepts through various areas, including the Bev Hub, Beverage Ingredients (Bi) Pavilion, Health Ingredients (Hi) Pavilion, and Natural Ingredients (Ni) Pavilion.

Technical seminars were held continuously during the 3-day exhibition

Fi Vietnam 2024 has partnered with the Vietnam Beer-Alcohol-Beverage Association (VBA), the Vietnam Food Science and Technology Association (VAFoST) and industry leaders, delivering informative knowledge sessions and cross-border networking opportunities.
