A new international-standard 3S dealership was officially inaugurated in Ho Chi Minh City on October 28 through a partnership between GAZ Vietnam and Saigon Transportation Mechanical Corporation (SAMCO), marking a further step in expanding commercial vehicle distribution and after-sales services in Viet Nam.

Located at 295 Kinh Duong Vuong Street, An Lac Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, the GAZ SAMCO 3S Dealership is designed to provide an integrated range of services, including vehicle sales, maintenance and repair, and genuine spare parts supply.

The launch comes as demand for commercial vehicles continues to grow alongside the expansion of logistics, passenger transportation and freight services. The partnership combines GAZ's manufacturing capabilities with SAMCO's experience and infrastructure in commercial vehicle manufacturing, distribution and transportation services, with the aim of providing more comprehensive solutions for Vietnamese businesses.

The dealership has been developed in accordance with GAZ Group's international 3S standards, bringing three key functions – Sales, Service and Spare Parts – together at a single location.

Its showroom features several commercial vehicle models, including the GAZelle NN, Sobol NN, GAZelle CITY and GAZelle CITILINE. The range covers light commercial vehicles, medium-duty trucks and passenger buses, catering to different business requirements.

The after-sales service center is equipped with modern diagnostic equipment and staffed by trained technicians to handle vehicle maintenance and repairs. Meanwhile, the genuine spare parts warehouse is designed to facilitate delivery within 48 hours, helping customers reduce waiting times, maintain vehicle availability and control operating costs.

A representative of GAZ Vietnam said the sales growth of next-generation models, including the Sobol NN and GAZelle NN, in southern Viet Nam reflected growing customer confidence in the brand.

The partnership with SAMCO, the representative added, would help bring international-standard maintenance services and genuine spare parts closer to local businesses, addressing their practical operating requirements.

Beyond the dealership launch, the event also provided a platform for GAZ Vietnam to connect with passenger transport operators, freight companies, logistics businesses and financial partners. Participating financial institutions introduced lending solutions to help customers manage initial investment costs when purchasing vehicles.

Visitors also had opportunities to tour the service workshop and test-drive GAZ commercial vehicles, gaining first-hand experience of the products and supporting services.

A SAMCO representative said the partnership with GAZ Vietnam to establish an international-standard 3S dealership was a practical step towards implementing the corporation's “Lean – Flexible – Effective” strategic direction in 2026.

The integrated model is expected to simplify vehicle purchasing, maintenance and repair by bringing these services together at one location. Flexible financial arrangements and after-sales support are also intended to improve cost efficiency and reduce vehicle downtime for transport businesses.

With its commercial vehicle range, integrated service facilities and partnership between the two companies, the new dealership is expected to serve transport businesses in the southern region and contribute to the development of Viet Nam's commercial vehicle market.
