VINAMAC EXPO 2026 will feature more than 350 booths from 280 domestic and international enterprises and organisations. Key thematic groups include machinery, equipment, technology and industrial products; automation and technology; hardware and hand tools; automation control and industrial equipment; welding and cutting technology, cast iron and steel, and metal processing; electrical machinery, bearings and surface treatment; as well as connectors, cable ties and machinery processing.

The exhibition is expected to serve as a convergence point for innovative ideas, new technologies and advanced industrial solutions, while also creating an ideal space for enterprises, experts and industry associations from Vietnam and abroad to exchange experiences, expand cooperation, connect with target customers, enhance brand recognition and promote sales directly at the event.

In addition, a wide range of specialised activities will be held within the framework of the exhibition. A notable highlight this year will be the coordination between the Vietnam Welding Science and Technology Association (VWS) and the Asian Welding Federation (AWF) to organise the 44th meeting of the Asian Welding Federation and the Golden Hand Cup international welding skills competition. These prestigious professional activities in the region are intended to promote technical exchanges, improve welders’ skills and strengthen international cooperation in the welding industry.

The Vietnam Automation Association (VAA) will also chair the second China-ASEAN (Vietnam) Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Summit Forum and the ceremony announcing the “China-Vietnam Artificial Intelligence and Automation Cooperation Initiative.” Meanwhile, the Vietnam Association of Mechanical Industry (VAMI), the Hai Phong Mechanical Association and the Foshan Automation Industry Association of China will organise activities including business matching programmes between exhibitors and international buyers, as well as the signing ceremony of memoranda of understanding (MOU) among industry associations.

To deliver practical benefits for participating enterprises, the organisers will implement a series of networking and in-depth survey activities, including business matching with purchasing delegations from Hai Phong, Bac Ninh and other key industrial localities; specialised networking programmes for the electronics and automobile manufacturing sectors; surveys and networking activities at Hoa Phat Steel Plant; surveys of hardware and welding enterprises in Vietnam; visits to welding and joining technology research centres; and surveys of industrial parks and export processing zones in Hanoi, Hai Phong and northern provinces to explore opportunities for factory investment and manufacturing.

The exhibition is jointly organised by the Vietnam Advertisement and Fair Exhibition JSC (VIETFAIR) in cooperation with international partners Boyue Expo of China and BEXCO of the Republic of Korea, with the support and coordination of industry associations and organisations including the Vietnam Association of Mechanical Industry (VAMI), the Vietnam Welding Science and Technology Association (VWS), the Vietnam Automation Association (VAA), the Vietnam Steel Association (VSA), the Ho Chi Minh City Automation Association (HAuA), the Ho Chi Minh City Mechanical and Electrical Enterprises Association (HAMEE), the Ho Chi Minh City Welding Engineering Association (HAWEL), along with many domestic and international industry organisations and associations.

Through its multi-sector exhibition ecosystem, VINAMAC EXPO 2026 is expected not only to create opportunities for enterprises to introduce new products and technologies, but also to contribute to promoting investment cooperation, technology transfer and the development of industrial supply chains in Vietnam, ASEAN and globally.
