To date, THACO INDUSTRIES has invested over 450 million USD in developing one of Vietnam’s most advanced mechanical centers. Leveraging its extensive experience and resources in Chu Lai (Da Nang City), THACO INDUSTRIES is currently developing a specialized mechanical industrial park in Ho Chi Minh City. Covering 786 hectares and involving a total investment of over VND 75 trillion, this next-generation industrial park will be modern, eco-friendly, intelligent, and digitally integrated with automation and artificial intelligence.

It will embody a closed-loop, sustainable development model and a centralized production hub of regional significance. The park will feature an R&D Center, a Mechanical Manufacturing Center, and a cluster of new-generation supporting industry plants.
