A “mega fair” full of vibrant experiences
Though preparations have been swift, details about the fair’s scale, meaning, and diverse activities have already stirred public interest and generated remarkable anticipation.
On October 14, at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC), organizers unveiled a vivid “preview” of what awaits, a national-level trade promotion event of unprecedented scale.
With the theme “Connecting people with production and business,” the Vietnam Golden Autumn Fair 2025 is designed not merely as an economic activity but as a creative cultural space, a place where the Vietnamese spirit comes alive in the rhythm of international integration.
The Autumn Fair 2025 has already drawn strong interest from both local communities and international visitors, highlighting the event’s growing appeal on a global stage.
Set to take place from October 25 to November 4, 2025, at the VEC, the fair will cover more than 130,000 square meters, host 3,000 booths from 2,500 enterprises, and welcome an estimated half a million visitors each day, an extraordinary figure that underscores its nationwide and global appeal.
At the briefing, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan described the event as one that “brings together six superlatives”: the largest scale, the most modern setting, the widest range of products, the highest quality, the most engaging activities, and the best incentives.
More than a trade fair, the Vietnam Golden Autumn Fair 2025 will serve as a marketplace of culture - a “miniature cultural economy” where creativity meets commerce. According to Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ho An Phong, all 12 sectors of Vietnam’s cultural industries from performing arts, cinema, handicrafts, advertising, and music to video games will be showcased, creating a space that is both modern and deeply Vietnamese.
Visitors will not only shop but also experience: free film screenings, artist meet-and-greets, sports and folk games, pottery workshops, and live demonstrations by traditional craft artisans. The fair thus becomes both a festival of Vietnamese goods and a community celebration, a vivid expression of the nation’s creative energy and spirit during Hanoi’s golden autumn.
Hanoi will also present a special themed showcase “The Essence of Hanoi’s Autumn” decorated in signature golden tones that recall milk flowers, soft sunlight, and tree-lined streets. More than 1,350 craft villages from the capital will feature signature products such as ceramics, lacquerware, embroidery, OCOP-certified goods, and high-tech innovations. Each display will be closely monitored to ensure authenticity and quality.
Adding to the excitement, organizers announced large-scale beer and culinary festivals designed to provide visitors with safe, memorable, and uniquely Vietnamese experiences.
From its logo and color palette to overall design, every detail of the Vietnam Golden Autumn Fair 2025 reflects the spirit of “Vietnam - Aspiring to Connect in a New Era.” It promises to be a lively, modern, and emotionally resonant destination for people across the nation, a place where the essence of Vietnam meets the pulse of the world.
Global appeal and opportunities for connection
Beyond its local attraction, the Vietnam Golden Autumn Fair 2025 aims to be a powerful international trade gateway, underscoring Vietnam’s position among the world’s top 20 trading economies.
According to Vu Ba Phu, Director General of the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency, organizers have already received registrations from around 170 international enterprises and organizations, along with more than 300 foreign buyers eager to visit, negotiate, and explore investment opportunities in Vietnam.
Foreign distributors and importers will enjoy full logistical support from accommodations to transport, while international exhibitors will be offered free booth space and venue access. This unprecedented hospitality reflects Vietnam’s open, forward-looking approach to global trade and investment.
“The goal is not only to promote Vietnamese goods,” said Phu. “But to create a dynamic platform for connection, linking Vietnamese businesses with global importers and distributors, fostering partnerships in investment, technology transfer, and export expansion.”
For domestic enterprises, the fair presents a golden opportunity. More than 2,500 Vietnamese companies have already registered, far exceeding booth capacity. The organizers will carefully select leading representatives from across industries from high-tech and heavy manufacturing to consumer goods and daily-use products ensuring a comprehensive and high-quality portrait of Vietnam’s economy.
From “The Essence of Hanoi’s Autumn” to “Connecting People - Building Prosperity,” the Vietnam Golden Autumn Fair 2025 stands as more than just a convergence of goods and brands. It is a source of inspiration, affirming Vietnam’s growing confidence, creativity, and dynamism as it steps into a new “golden season” of development.
