The event, themed: Promoting Vietnam’s Private Economic Sector to Expand International Presence, Deepen Integration into Global Value Chains, and Enhance the Value of Vietnam’s National Brand, Enterprises, Goods, and Services through the “Reaching Out to the International Market 2026-2035' Program - GoGlobal.”

The conference served as a crucial forum for the MoIT, the system of Vietnamese Trade Offices abroad, the business community, industry associations, and international organizations to exchange and share solutions aimed at methodically, sustainably, and proactively promoting Vietnam’s private economic sector to reach the global market.

Crucially, the conference was an essential opportunity for the Drafting Committee and the MoIT to gather comprehensive feedback and practical proposals. This data collection included valuable insights from the system of Vietnamese Trade Offices abroad on essential topics like effective business support models, current trade and investment trends, and connecting enterprises in host markets.

The Ministry also absorbed real-world experience from successful “GoGlobal” Vietnamese firms, such as Stavian Group and Toan Phat Copper Pipe Joint Stock Company, alongside key industry associations like Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association VITAS, Vietnam Association for Supporting Industries VASI, and Handicraft & Wood Industry Association of HCMC HAWA. Adding further depth, South Korea’s successful experience in supporting its private sector on the global stage was presented. These multi-faceted, practical, and committed perspectives constitute vital data, helping the MoIT refine the draft ‘GoGlobal’ Program. The goal is to make the national strategy more scientific, realistic, feasible, and integrated, thereby establishing a robust foundation for Vietnamese enterprises to reach the global market proactively, creatively, and sustainably.

The conference was one of the notable highlights in the series of events for the first Vietnam Golden Autumn Fair (VGAF 2025), which runs continuously from October 25 to November 4, 2025, at the VEC. Through this conference, the MoIT affirmed its determination to accompany Vietnam’s business community on a new journey of integration, one that involves not only exporting goods but also exporting Vietnamese values, knowledge, brands, and business culture to the world.

Concurrently, the conference gathered proposals and recommendations from enterprises, associations, and localities aimed at strongly promoting the development of the private economic sector, enabling it to become the most important driving force for economic growth and the pioneering force in innovation, integration, and global outreach.
