Setting New Standards for Healthcare through Digitalization and Cutting-Edge Technology

Noting its “strong overall performance”, Frost & Sullivan highlighted the exceptional efforts by Hoan My in 2023 to continuously improve its processes and ensure that excellence, innovation, and integrity are at the heart of its operations. This includes optimizing operational efficiency, delivering good clinical outcomes, responsible capital management, and maintaining strong financial performance.

As an industry leader, Hoan My has been at the forefront of contributing to setting new standards for healthcare in the nation, pioneering digital healthcare and improving service quality through an integrated, multi-brand network to meet ever-evolving healthcare needs. To build a digital ecosystem that allows a seamless patient journey, Hoan My has implemented strategies focused on delivering accessible telehealth solutions and driving e-Commerce activities.

To improve accuracy of tests and patient outcomes, Hoan My has invested in state-of-the-art healthcare technology, including magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT) scanners in its hospitals. In addition, it is also investing in improved catheterization laboratories and building a hybrid catheterization laboratory to optimize specialties, such as cardiology, neurology, and interventional radiology.
