Producing Sao Bien mineral water in Duyen Hai Town, Tra Vinh Province

CNC wood lathe has the advantage of carving patterns and designs with few errors and a variety of designs thanks to operation of available programs on computer, thereby improving productivity, diversifying product designs and creating jobs for local laborers.

Earlier, the center also organized a testing for the project “Application of advanced machinery and equipment in the production of aluminum doors” at Tan Kien Duong Co., Ltd., Phuoc Hung Commune, Tra Cu District with the total investment capital of VND371.8 million, of which the local industrial promotion funding was VND180 million, and the reciprocal capital was VND191.8 million.

The application of CNC aluminum cutting machine, CNC milling machine, press machine, and punching machine helped the company create aluminum doors of diverse designs and high quality that can meet the market demand; save labor costs, reduce product prices and improve competitiveness.

The above two projects are part of the province’s industrial promotion plan worth nearly VND2.1 billion. From this funding, the Tra Vinh provincial Industry and Trade Promotion Center will open two vocational courses for 50 trainees at handicraft production facilities, and another business start-up training course to improve management capacity for enterprises and business households.

In addition, the provincial Industry and Trade Promotion Center is supporting 13 rural industrial establishments in applying machinery and equipment to production to ensure progress as well as to developing and registering trademarks, hiring consultants, designing models and packaging, and training to raise awareness of cleaner production in industry for technical staff and managers at production facilities and enterprises.
