Government approves investment policy to build Cam Lien Industrial Park in Quang Binh

On November 16, the leader of the Quang Binh Provincial Economic Zone Management Board said that the Government had just approved the investment policy for Cam Lien Industrial Park.

This is a favourable condition for the province to attract investment and develop socio-economic development in the southern region of the province.

The design of Cam Lien Industrial Park, Le Thuy District, Quang Binh Province

Specifically, in Decision No.1388/QD-TTg, dated November 15, 2024, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha approved the investment policy for the project to invest in the construction and business of infrastructure of Cam Lien Industrial Park in Cam Thuy, Thanh Thuy and Ngu Thuy Bac communes, Le Thuy District, Quang Binh Province. At the same time, he approved the investor as Capella Quang Binh Investment Limited Company.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested the People’s Committee of Quang Binh Province to direct the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board to guide investors in determining the total investment capital of the project following the scale of the project area (450 hectares) and the plan for handling public assets within the project scope.

The Cam Lien Industrial Park is located on National Highway 1A, with convenient traffic connections: 38 km from Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh Province, and 40 km from Dong Hoi Airport. Through this route, cargo transport vehicles can easily move to Hon La Seaport (Quang Binh), Vung Ang Port (Ha Tinh), Chan May Seaport (Thua Thien Hue) and Tien Sa Port (Da Nang) to serve the process of exporting and importing goods.
