At GEFE 2024, Bosch Vietnam showcased a series of solutions that exemplify this commitment. In one example, Bosch's professional power tool product lines are designed with energy-saving and environmentally friendly criteria. High-capacity Lithium-ion batteries and brushless motors are incorporated in the product design to help minimize power consumption while extending the product life.

Bosch Rexroth also presented its ctrlX Automation recognized as "The most open control platform in the industry." This groundbreaking platform redefines automation by breaking down barriers between traditional control systems, IT, and IoT. It provides all the building blocks for complete automation solutions with a modular and scalable architecture that adapts to diverse industrial applications. Bosch Rexroth's technology is revolutionizing manufacturing in Vietnam, minimizing downtime, reducing waste, and boosting productivity. This contributes significantly to the sustainable development of the nation's industrial sector.

Bosch impressed attendees with its smart building technologies, including AI-integrated cameras and advanced sound solutions. These AI cameras enhance security and reduce CO2 emissions by optimizing remote work and minimizing travel. The Project Assistant enables remote project setup using only the project plan, customer IP address, and password, supporting desktops, tablets, and smartphones. It can save up to 30% in setup time by creating virtual camera configurations, further reducing transportation and emissions. Additionally, remote device management tools like Project Assistant and Configuration Manager allow for monitoring from anywhere, while the FLEXIDOME IP starlight 8000i and indoor 8000i cameras enable remote adjustments, promoting sustainability and lowering onsite inspection costs.

Bosch's Public Address IP solutions also demonstrated a strong commitment to sustainability. For instance, the company's loudspeaker systems utilize advanced class-D amplifiers (PRA-AD604 and PRA-AD608) that minimize energy waste in the form of heat, thereby reducing power consumption. Additionally, the integration of PRA-ANS noise sensors and intelligent algorithms allows the system to automatically adjust volume and power based on the surrounding environment, optimizing energy efficiency.

A major highlight at GEFE 2024 was Bosch Digital Twin Industries (a business of grow GmbH) Integrated Asset Performance Management Solution. This advanced digital simulation solution allows an industrial company to optimize its critical asset, ensuring uninterrupted operations and maximizing productivity. Through the utilization of digital twin technology, advanced analytics, and predictive maintenance, the company has gained a competitive advantage in an increasingly demanding market. As industrial operations continue to evolve, the adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as digital twin becomes imperative for companies aiming to future-proof their operations and unlock new levels of efficiency, sustainability, and profitability.

Bosch Vietnam not only provides solutions but also pioneers green projects, achieving positive results. For instance, at the end of 2023, Bosch Vietnam and its partner Tona Syntegra Solar inaugurated a 1,540 kWp solar power system at the Bosch factory (HcP). The successful installation of the solar power system at the Bosch Vietnam factory is expected to generate approximately 2,300 MWh of clean energy annually and reduce CO2 emissions by 1,630 tons. This reduction is equivalent to planting about 30,000 trees each year.

In addition to showcasing technological solutions, Bosch Vietnam representatives also participated in in-depth discussion sessions at GEFE 2024, sharing experiences and expertise on sustainable development, smart manufacturing, and digital transformation.
