The event featured 56 booths of cooperatives, businesses and start-up models managed by ethnic women from nine districts in the province.

Agricultural products showcased at the event

Within the framework of the fair, many meaningful activities were organised, including commendation of outstanding young women and students, response to the movement against plastic waste, a walking tournament for the community, communications on digital transformation, folk games, and others.

The fair is expected to promote connectivity and mobilise resources to support livelihoods for women and young people, especially disadvantaged groups of women and youth.

The event is under the plan to implement Project 8 in the 2021-2025 period on “Implementing gender equality and solving urgent problems for women and children” under the National Target Programme for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
