President Luong Cuong, Chairman of the Council of National Defense and Security, and the Commander-in-chief of the Vietnamese People's Army handed over the decisions to Le Tan Toi, who is also Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs, Le Van Tuyen and Nguyen Van Long.

Addressing the event, Luong expressed his hope that the newly promoted officers will continue to work closely with the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security to focus on building a revolutionary, truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern public security force.

He expected that these officials will fulfill their duties with excellence for the development and prosperity of the nation.

The Ministry of Public Security is headed by General Luong Tam Quang who is assisted by Tran Quoc To, Le Quoc Hung, Le Van Tuyen, Nguyen Van Long, Pham The Hung, Nguyen Ngoc Lam, and Dang Hong Duc as Deputy Ministers./.
