Sanofi is honored in "Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2023"

This year, Sanofi continues to maintain its solid position in the Top 5 Pharmaceutical/Medical equipment/Healthcare services, and in the Top 20 of the entire list. In addition, Sanofi is also in the Top 15 enterprises with happy human resources (large enterprises), and Top 50 attractive employer brands with Vietnamese students.

Sanofi Vietnam is honored to receive the award at the Vietnam Best Places to Work 2023 Conference.

In the journey of healthcare for the Vietnamese people, human resources are the core values that Sanofi always focuses on developing. Training programs from basic to advanced, a series of internal engagement activities, recognition of employee contributions... are always innovated, in addition to core policies on welfare, career development, as well as improving capacity and thinking of employees.

“Your voice” is an annual global internal survey program at Sanofi to listen to feedback from all employees, thereby improving the working environment as well as corporate culture, and proposing innovation plans for next year. Accordingly, in 2023, Sanofi has actively improved the 3 topics that employees are most interested in, including: Simplifying work processes; Investing in developing supporting capabilities for the management level; and Developing comprehensive wellbeing programs for employees.

This year's award is considered a milestone marking the 70-year journey of continuous development of the Sanofi team in Vietnam to bring sustainable values to the community and society.

This is the 9th consecutive time that Sanofi has been present in this prestigious ranking. The survey this year was based on the results of 63,878 experienced workers from 18 different industries.
