Nguyen Thi My Huong, the company’s Deputy General Director in charge of sales and services (CBO), said that when COVID-19 settled down, thanks to careful preparations for adaptation to the new situation, the company began recovering in the third quarter of 2022. Although its revenue reached VND368 billion in the first 10 months of 2022, equivalent to merely 79 percent of the target and decreasing 30 percent compared with the pre-pandemic period, the company paid more than VND50 billion in taxes to the state budget. This result reflects the great efforts of the company’s leadership and employees to overcome difficulties.

Huu Nghi International Border Gate – the largest land border crossing between Vietnam and China – is an advantage of Lang Son Province. Aware of this, the company is expanding terminal facilities to meet the growing demand for trading and logistics services. “The total area of the project is 25.5ha, of which 17.2ha have been put into use. We've planned to increase the total terminal area by 120ha, with the total investment amount up to more than VND4.5 trillion,” Mrs. My Huong said. This project will enable the company to make the most of the market’s potential to contribute to accelerating post-pandemic economic recovery in the border area of Lang Son Province and the whole country.
