Phan Thị Hồng was also responsible for establishing sister company DataHouse Asia in Danang in [2020], recognizing the potential of the city’s enormous IT talent pool. In the short time since its launch, DataHouse Asia, has gone from just three employees to nearly 100 and has enabled DataHouse in the US to scale much quicker than it could on its own by providing much-needed resources for US-based projects and opportunities. It is currently hiring for its offices in Da Nang in Son Tra and Hai Chau, as well as its new office in Binh Duong.

In her new role, Phan Thị Hồng will be focusing externally in establishing strategic global and national partnerships that will enable DataHouse to continue competing for work in Hawaii and other states in the US continent. She will also lead the development of a strategy that will position DataHouse as a top tier global system integrator, by becoming the Tech Hub between East and West. Phan Thị Hồng’s promotion comes at a time when the IT industry is seeing massive disruption and acquisitions by multi-billion-dollar companies like Google, Amazon, and Microsoft. Creating a sustainable business model is becoming increasingly challenging for smaller companies like DataHouse.
