An aluminum door production machine that Chien Linh Co., Ltd. procured with industry promotion funding

With funding from national and local industry promotion projects, the southern central coastal province of Ninh Thuan has provided rural industrial producers with training in management and product quality improvement. Beneficiary manufacturers were enabled to visit and learn from efficient production models while being assisted in advanced machinery and equipment application. The province has worked with the Vietnam E-commerce and Digital Economy Agency’s E-commerce Development Center to help rural industrial producers nationwide build e-commerce websites and realize production management solutions.

The province uses funding financed by local trade promotion programs to help rural industrial producers attend trade fairs and exhibitions, as well as other supply-demand connection events inside and outside the province, assess and apply cleaner industrial production, and upgrade automated input material handling systems.

With the support of the provincial Department of Industry and Trade, outstanding rural industrial products of Ninh Thuan in general have improved in terms of quality and competitiveness. However, the quality, design and packaging of some products remain unstable and/or substandard.

The department is supporting rural industrial establishments and businesses with outstanding industrial products of all levels to introduce their products on websites, participate in national and local trade promotion programs, and develop branding. It is also assisting rural producers to develop e-commerce and apply digital economy to outstanding rural industrial product development.

The department also provides guidelines for manufacturers to implement and accomplish procedures to have their outstanding rural industrial products honored and certified, and enjoy preferential policies. It has built specific programs for different groups of products.
