HÀ NỘI - Việt Nam National Opera and Ballet will perform Swan Lake on June 14, 15 and 16 at Hà Nội Opera House.

The first ballet by the celebrated composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, holds not only historical significance but also stands as one of the most iconic ballets of all time.

Over nearly 140 years, it has been reimagined and performed in diverse styles, from the East to the West, and from classical to modern interpretations.

The ballet's art director Lưu Thu Lan, a renowned choreographer promises to breathe new life into this timeless classic, offering a romantic ode to pure love where goodness inevitably triumphs, despite the trials and tribulations endured along the way.

VNOB soloists Metorious artist Phạm Thu Hằng, Nguyễn Đức Hiếu, young artists Lan Nhi, Khánh Băng and Lan Chi will dance at the ballet.
