Delivering directive remarks, Chu Dinh Dong, Deputy Head of the Government's Party Committee's Organization Committee, said the completion of the transfer of the two grassroots-level Party organizations would help ensure uninterrupted Party leadership following the transfer of state management functions over geology and minerals to MoIT. The move also added nearly 700 Party members to the ministry's Party organization.

According to Dong, amid significant changes in organizational models and regulations governing Party building, both professional responsibilities and Party-building tasks have become increasingly demanding. This requires work to be carried out with urgency, diligence and a high degree of concentration to ensure the quality of Party-building activities.

He called on the two grassroots-level Party organizations to build on their existing strengths and achievements, address shortcomings and quickly adapt to their new working environment, thereby providing effective leadership in fulfilling their assigned tasks in the coming period.

It would also concentrate on providing leadership and direction to strive to meet or exceed the targets already set.

Delivering directive remarks and assigning tasks, Phan Van Ban, full-time Deputy Secretary of the MoIT's Party Committee, emphasized that the reception of the two grassroots-level Party organizations was intended to ensure unified leadership and direction, aligned with the exercise of state management functions and enforcement of laws on geology and minerals, covering geological surveys, exploration, extraction, processing and utilization of mineral resources.
