On July 9, 2026, the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026 awards in Vietnam recognized 109 outstanding companies for their excellence in workplace culture. The awards honor organizations that have demonstrated strong commitments to building positive work environments, developing human capital, and fostering employee engagement.

According to the organizers, amid mounting structural challenges in the labor market, particularly the shortage of skilled professionals, this year's winning companies have fundamentally redefined the relationship between employers and employees. Rather than relying solely on short-term financial incentives, these organizations have shifted their focus toward creating long-term value for their workforce.

To attract and retain talent, the award-winning companies have invested heavily in personalized upskilling initiatives, digital readiness programs, and employee mental well-being. They have also reshaped their employer branding strategies by emphasizing sustainable career development and lifelong learning, positioning themselves as organizations that support continuous professional growth.

Among this year's honorees, Chubb Life Vietnam received three awards: Best Companies to Work for in Asia, People Transformation, and Tech Empowerment. The recognition highlights the company's efforts to cultivate a positive workplace while advancing workforce transformation and technology-enabled human resource management.

Danone was named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia and received three additional honors: the HR Asia Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award, the HR Asia Sustainable Workplace Award, and the HR Asia People Transformation Award. These awards recognize the company's initiatives in promoting diversity, equity and inclusion, building a sustainable workplace, and strengthening workforce capabilities.

National Citizen Bank (NCB) was also honored with three awards at the HR Asia Awards 2026. According to the program's employee survey, the bank achieved a score of 4.6 out of 5 for its workplace environment and employee engagement.

This year's HR Asia Awards were held across multiple markets, including Mainland China, Cambodia, Hong Kong (China), Indonesia, India, Japan, South Korea, Macao, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan (China), Thailand, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Vietnam.
