This ranking is based on an analysis of global travelers' search trends for flights, hotels, and travel itineraries, conducted by the travel insurance company InsureandGo.

According to the report from the city's Department of Tourism, in the first five months of the year, 12.77 million visitors travelled to Ha Noi, a year-on-year increase of 10.9 percent. Of the figure, international visitors reached 3.16 million, up 20.2 percent.

The Department noted that the number of international tourists to Ha Noi has shown steady growth, especially from key markets such as Japan, South Korea, China, France, and the U.S.
