Bringing Vietnamese products to global markets via digital export

The 2025 Online Export Conference is an occasion to honor outstanding enterprises and promote digital solutions that accelerate the global reach of Vietnamese products via the Alibaba B2B platform.

Within the framework of the strategic cooperation between the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE), under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the B2B e-commerce platform Alibaba.com, the 2025 Annual International Conference on B2B Online Export will officially take place on June 12 in Hanoi.

Themed "Empowering Vietnamese Products to Go Global", the event will be held in conjunction with the Award Ceremony honoring the Top 200 Outstanding Enterprises participating in the Vietnam Pavilion for the 2025–2026 period.

Expected to attract 300 to 350 delegates, the conference will feature the participation of senior officials from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, representatives from relevant ministries and sectoral associations, exporting businesses, major e-commerce platforms, and members of the media. The program will be hosted at the Grand Plaza Hotel, Hanoi, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

A key highlight of the conference is the Award Ceremony for 200 exemplary enterprises that have made significant contributions to promoting Vietnamese products on Alibaba.com through the Vietnam Pavilion model. This initiative recognizes the active efforts of Vietnamese exporters in digital transformation, while inspiring the business community to seize emerging trends in global digital trade.

In addition to the award ceremony, the conference will also launch the "New Guarantee – Performance Assurance Program", a new initiative aimed at supporting businesses in enhancing their credibility and operational efficiency in cross-border B2B e-commerce.

Industry experts and successful exporters will share practical insights, strategies for leveraging digital technologies, and updates on global market trends to help enterprises expand their contactless export channels.

This event serves as a crucial platform to strengthen the competitiveness and global positioning of Vietnamese products in the digital supply chain. It also provides an opportunity for enterprises to access modern, effective, and sustainable trade promotion solutions in the era of cross-border e-commerce.
