The Autumn Economic Forum 2025 is scheduled to be held in Ho Chi Minh City from November 25 - 30 with the theme “Green Transition in the Digital Era.”
Ho Chi Minh City plans to invite over 300 international delegates and guests to the Forum, including heads of state, government leaders, leaders of ministries and localities; international organizations and financial institutions, science-technology and innovation centers; experts, policy researchers; and leading global corporations.
The organization of the Forum aims to strengthen friendly relations between Ho Chi Minh City and foreign localities, elevate the city’s external affairs and international cooperation; and to exchange and discuss orientations for building cooperation frameworks that serve the city’s development goals.
The Forum also aims to create conditions for the Ho Chi Minh City business community to connect, meet, and cooperate with international businesses, experts, and organizations; introducing and promoting the image of Ho Chi Minh City as dynamic, creative, friendly, and a leading attractive destination for international investors and tourists.

He requested the city to continue coordinating with ministries and agencies to review and finalize plans for content, security, protocol, logistics, and communications, ensuring the Forum is held in a formal manner, commensurate with its stature, and achieves great success.
The Deputy Prime Minister directed Ho Chi Minh City to continue close coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in inviting leaders of countries, international organizations, and domestic and foreign businesses directly related to the Forum's theme, with the aim of expanding the event's scale and elevating its stature.
