A new feature of this year’s festival is the opening ceremony of the Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival in 2023 which will be held on the evening of September 30 instead of the morning like previous festivals.

In addition, many booths with local specialties, outstanding agricultural products, handicraft villages, beautiful photos of Hai Duong culture and tourism, and of the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site will be displayed to promote the image of Hai Duong to tourists.
