Impressive cultural event at Moc Chau Island

To celebrate the National Day 2024, from August 31 to September 2, the Moc Chau tourist area in Son La Province hosted a range of cultural activities. A highlight among them was the panpipe performance, which attracted a large number of visitors.

The event was held at Moc Chau Island, home to the Guinness World Record-holding Bạch Long Glass Bridge, the longest glass walkway in the world. It is an annual event held during the National Day holiday.

The event this year featured special cultural and sporting activities, such as the re-enactment of the Hmong "Bride kidnapping" tradition, and a traditional wedding ceremony of the White Thai people.

A key highlight of the event was a music show, where everyone was swept up in the music and culture of the Northwest through traditional performances by the Hmong and Thai ethnic groups.

The event concluded with a stunning fireworks display near the colorful Bach Long Glass Bridge.

Such exciting activities have offered tourists an unforgettable experience, in the scenic Moc Chau Highlands during the holiday, helping to promote the area's natural beauty and the unique cultural heritage of local ethnic communities./.
