Bosch marks 10 consecutive years in Vietnam’s top 100 best workplaces

Bosch Vietnam received two prestigious certifications this year: “Vietnam Best Places to Work 2024” and “Great Place to Work 2024”, marking its tenth consecutive year on these lists of the best workplaces in the engineering, high technology, and software categories.

The Trust Index Survey from Great Place to Work revealed that 92% of Bosch Vietnam employees consider it an excellent workplace. This reflects the company’s strong, people-focused culture and its ongoing commitment to fostering an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to come to work each day.

The “Vietnam Best Places to Work 2024” and “Great Place to Work 2024” certifications are recognized as the 'Platinum Standard' for identifying and celebrating top workplaces both in Vietnam and globally. These awards underscores Bosch’s dedication to nurturing a supportive and inspiring environment where associates feel valued and motivated, aligning with the company’s mission of promoting both personal and professional growth.

Mr. André de Jong, managing director of Bosch Vietnam, said, “We put people at the center of our philosophy. At Bosch, we are committed to empowering our employees to thrive, develop their full potential, and drive progress forward.”

Bosch started its journey in Vietnam since 1994, with operations encompassing manufacturing, research and development (R&D), sales, and services. The company now employs over 6,200 employees and is increasingly active in diversified businesses, operating two Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, a R&D center and a plant for powertrain solutions in Dong Nai Province.

For nearly three decades of operating, Bosch Vietnam has a strong record of investing in its employees’ growth and development, offering a wide range of training opportunities, including leadership development, technical skills, and soft skills programs. In addition to fostering professional growth, Bosch prioritizes employee well-being by providing a comprehensive benefits package that includes many wellness programs, and health and insurance benefits – for both employees and their families.

In line with its commitment to work-life balance, Bosch Vietnam also provides employees with flexibility in work location and recognizes their contributions fairly. The company also organizes health consultations, sports events, and fitness activities to promote a healthy and inspiring workplace.

Over the years, Bosch Vietnam has actively contributed to the community, advocating for a sustainable future. In 2024, Bosch Vietnam dedicated over 1,300 volunteer hours and donated more than 2 billion VND (a 75,000 euros) to community projects in education, environmental protection, and disaster relief. Activities include support for underprivileged communities, assistance for orphaned children, aid for storm-affected residents in Northern Vietnam, and tree-planting programs. These initiatives reflect Bosch Vietnam’s commitment to sustainable development and enhancing community well-being.
