The seminar is CNIEL's effort to promote French cheese and strengthen trade relationships between Vietnam and EU countries. This event is an opportunity for retailers, distributors and culinary experts in Vietnam to update information about French cheeses, the craftsmanship and expertise in French cheese production.
With over 1,200 varieties, each French cheese originates from a different region and is crafted with distinct flavors and techniques. French cheese has become an indispensable part of European culture.
Participating in this workshop, Vietnamese businesses and consumers experienced the art of combining local ingredients with a variety of different types of French cheese such as: Camembert, Brie, Morbier to Tomme de savoie, Comté, Mimolette and blue cheeses like Fourme d' Ambert. The event was attended by François Robin, a famous cheese expert and artisan from France, who was awarded the title Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Artisan of France).
